Antenatal Workshops in February

New year, more workshops! In February I will be teaching once again my birth preparation course in Luxembourg ‘Birth is Movement’, together with Polina’s Postpartum course! This cycle of antenatal workshops is aimed at women in any stage of their pregnancies, and their partners are welcome (and encouraged!) to come as well. Here’s a short description of each course:

The first workshop by Belén Farias @una_maga on 04/02/23, is a birth prep course thought to give you tools to be able to live fully that unique moment. We will learn about the physiology of birth and how to facilitate its natural development, as well as confort techniques and the importance of movement. We will get moving, learn to recognize our pelvis and experiment with different props and positions.

The second by Polina Schneider @mama.leopard on 05/02/23, will give you tools to survive and enjoy the (in)famous ‘fourth trimester’. We will understand the normal needs of newborns and we will learn tools to help meet them without losing our sanity. We will as well learn the importance of caring for the mother during her postpartum recovery.

You can contact me if you want to find out more about the program of both courses! The price of each workshop is 60eur/person and 100eur/couple. There is a 10eur discount if you take both workshops. A 50% deposit is necessary to book your place.
