🤰 Come join me on March 30th for a prenatal course designed to equip you and your birthing partner with tools to help you navigate and enjoy your labor and birth! Get informed, get empowered, get moving! 🩵

This is a prenatal course thought to give you tools to be able to live fully that unique moment. We will learn about the physiology of birth and how to facilitate its natural development, as well as confort techniques and the importance of movement. We will get moving, learn to recognize our pelvis and experiment with different props and positions.

As a finishing thought about bonds and attachment

As a finishing thought about bonds and attachment (if you don't know what i'm taking about, go to my previous post): both breastfeeding and babywearing are two amazing ways to promote them.

Are they "natural"? yes, on a sense, they are. As a species we are programmed to nurse and carry our children.

But does it mean that they *come* naturally to everyone, that are automatic and easy? The answer is no. Not in this society where we are disconnected from our roots, where we have no support.

So if you struggle with breasfeeding, and you want to breasfeed, get help. If you struggle with babywearing, and you want to carry your kid, get help. You won't regret it!

And as a side note, remember that is never too late to work in your bond, they are never too old to be carried and snuggled and nursed as long as you both want to. It's your decision.

As lucywebberfeedingsupport_ibclc always says, no one ever regrets having snuggled their kids too much ♥️

Join us at our next Birth Circle on Saturday January 7th 9-12h at Cocottes Centre Ville 1st floor [rue de Chimay 8, 1333 Luxembourg].

This is a safe space where you can ask questions about the process, medical system, staff, local practices or anything else related to childbirth.

We believe that having this first-hand information will help women make informed decisions, and improve their birth experience in general.

We invite both pregnant women and mamas (with their babies) to come share their story, ask questions or just listen.

One thing I love about Luxembourg is how many opti

One thing I love about Luxembourg is how many options there are for hikes and walks. We did one a little different this weekend: instead of going to the forest, we took a path from Belval to Esch that ran mostly along the railroads. Someone in my back was super exciting to be watching trains all along the walk until he fell asleep 😂

It is quite normal that both our kids nap during our weekend walks. I carry the toddler on a wrap and my husband carries the "big" boy on a preschooler SSC (LennyPreschool), normally on the front! we both enjoy the snuggles and also the time to talk and have a coffee while we walk and the kids nap 💕 it's one of our little family routines and even though of course they do get heavy and it is physically tiring, we know some day soon they won't need to be carried anymore, so we enjoy it while it lasts 💜

Back carrying is awesome and practical, but nothin

Back carrying is awesome and practical, but nothing beats some front snuggles 🥰 I front carry my second much more than I did my first. Partially because he nurses a lot on the wrap, but I also think one important reason is that now I *know* how fast they grow, and I want to profit as much as I can ☺️

Here I'm using a firespiral Delph Aqua Charters Moss,a 25% wollie that became my winter favorite ✨💜
